assessment of the employers requirements. It begins by including the employer, as the expert of their own requirements, at the centre of the assessment process. By doing so, BPL takes into account of the employer needs, skill requirements, preferences and etc. to identify the professional qualification and skill set required to meet the employer’s needs. 

Sourcing of Ideal Candidates: BPL has an online pool of candidates registered for their interest to get job placements abroad. BPL, initially screens the candidate for their suitability with required skill in alignment with the employer requirements. In case, the sufficient number of candidates is not available, job advertisements are placed to avail the desired number of candidates. The candidates undergo a rigorous selection process, along with technical trade testing for specialized trades for certification of recognition.

Interview and Selection:  We believe that the employers are at the center of the candidate selection. We arrange employer delegate visits with the candidates for role plays and final interview and organize any kind of screening process as deemed appropriate by the employer. This ensures that the employer selects and hires the most suitable candidates.

Pre-departure preparation and orientation: a wide range of activities are carried out to ensure that the employee can depart safely. Medical check-ups are done in accordance with the medical standards and requirement of the respective country, immigration clearance, visa stamping, attestation of certificates and etc. Soft skills are also imparted to the candidate by orienting the candidates on the law, customs, and culture of the country of employment.  Life skills training is also offered to the employees for better adaptability.

Job placement: the selected candidates are placed in jobs, by completing all the formal procedures to ensure that all employees can travel safely and reach the destination within the stipulated time.
