Pre-Decision Orientation

Pre-decision orientation is an educational training for the potential migrant workers. This training enhances the capacity of the potential migrants (male/female) to calculate profit and loss of migration, so that they may take migration as an informed choice. The training covers topics regarding social and economic aspects. The participants of this orientation learn about potential job opportunities according to the skill level, income from these overseas jobs, and also the future expenditure for self and family. Participants are able to calculate which amount they may earn as per their skill sets and what will be the total expenditure and also how much they will be able to save for future life. The participants are also able to understand the social cost of migration, e.g. issues of left behind family management and also their ability to cope alone in different type of culture and weather in abroad.  The orientation also covers topic like, steps of migration process, physical fitness requirements, skill needs, importance of learning foreign language, and difference between Bangladeshi and destination countries weather, culture and norms.
