 What is BPL's screening process? How does BPL ensure the quality of the workers?

Interview and Selection: We believe that the employers are at the center of the candidate selection. We arrange employer delegate visits with the candidates for role plays and final interview and organize any kind of screening process as deemed appropriate by the employer. This ensures that the employer selects and hires the most suitable candidates.

Pre-departure preparation and orientation: BPL provides 360' migration services to the migrants so that the employee can depart safely. Medical check-ups are done in accordance with the medical standards and requirement of the respective country, manpower, immigration clearance, visa stamping, attestation of certificates and etc. Soft skills are also imparted to the candidate by orienting the candidates on the law, customs, and culture of the country of employment.  Life skills training is also offered to the employees for better adaptability.

Job placement: Selected candidates are placed in jobs, by completing all the formal procedures to ensure that all employees can travel safely and reach the destination within the stipulated time.
